"To the Assisted Living Staff,
My mom, PD, will soon be packing up her belongings and moving to the nursing unit. My mom and our family would like to thank you for your kindness and care while she was an assisted living resident. My mom also felt comfortable and cared for. As her family, we are very grateful for the dignity that was shown to her. There are so many staff members to thank from maintenance to administration.
We will miss you all, but we will say "Hi" in the hallways of Job Haines."
Fondly & Gratefully,

"Dear Job Haines Team Members,
I would like to take a moment to offer my sincerest appreciation for the excellent care rendered to my dear friend PM. Throughout the past few years your team has provided her with care, compassion and companionship. The Job Haines team always remained patient with Peggy and preserved her dignity during what was the most challenging time of her life. I always felt at ease knowing that she was with such a dedicated team. Thank you all for your dedication and professionalism. All of your hard work is forever appreciated.. You are all a credit to the healthcare profession and a true blessing to the residents of Job Haines."
With Sincerest Gratitude,

"I just wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for your help and to acknowledge the fabulous staff at your facility. My mom had originally expected to stay at Job Haines in the sub-acute for a longer amount of time. Your PT, OT and sub-acute staff were terrific and her progression was far speedier than we could have imagined. Admissions went above and beyond to accommodate her.
We just want you to know how impressed we all were with the facility. We’ve certainly learned that if the need ever rose for an assisted living or sub-acute situation, your facility would be the very first call we would make.
Thank you again for accommodating my mom and we wish you continued success at Job Haines."
With Regards,

"We are most grateful for the wonderful treatment and care my mother received while a resident at Job Haines Home. You have a very dedicated and hard working staff who were always ready to assist us in any way they could. Mom always spoke very highly of the people who cared for her. She had many enjoyable and happy times because of them. There are few nursing homes that equal the high standards of your facility. We were most fortunate when we found Job Haines Home. Please share our gratitude with your terrific staff."

"I am writing regarding the recent experience of my mother, who spent approximately 3 weeks in your sub-acute care facility. My family wishes to thank everyone at Job Haines for their outstanding efforts. Not only was mom treated with the highest quality medical care, she experienced the love, compassion and understanding that only comes from a caring staff. Our entire family was highly impressed with your entire facility, from the cleanliness of the facility to the quality of the meals.
Mom has been home several weeks now and due to the care she received at Job Haines, she seems healthier and stronger than before her recent illness. She has profound improvement in her activities of daily living and the quality of her life has dramatically improved. She especially remembers her physical and occupational therapy instructions and delights in performing good technique while walking, climbing stairs or performing transfers.
Your entire staff eased our family’s pain during a very stressful time. We feel we have been given a precious gift, that of more time with mom and everyone at Job Haines has our eternal gratitude."
Sincerely,
Dr. Robert M., Son |
"To the Bloomfield Life Editor:
Last year our mother had to face one of her greatest fears. After she had surgery for a broken hip, she had to go to rehabilitation for therapy. Since mom has lived most of her life in Bloomfield, we decided to take her to the Job Haines Home, which is the best kept secret in Bloomfield.
From the time she entered the door she was greeted by staff, treated with respect and welcomed to the Job Haines Home. Her nursing care, physical and occupational therapy was exceptional. The bedside and dietary treatment made her comfortable. What could have been a terrible experience turned out to be remarkable.
Thanks to the director, social services and all of the employees for taking such good care of our mom."

"I began investigating the possibility of transferring my mother from another facility to Job Haines Home. To my tremendous relief, she was accepted at Job Haines in August of 2000. From that day forward I knew she was being well cared for. My mother resided at Job Haines Home for ten and a half years. During that time, she and I were the recipients of unsurpassed levels of comfort and care. The staff of Job Haines provided for my mom, physically, mentally and spiritually. They were constantly vigilant in providing positive ideas for and about her. When her response became very limited, she received individualized attention. I, too, received care and compassion, through a support group as well as through kind words, smiling faces and hugs when needed.
I must thank Job Haines for the beautiful facility it provided for my mom; remodeled and upgraded over the years. The garden was always a source of light and comfort. Thank you, too, for the holiday celebrations. My mom was always impeccably groomed so she looked her very best for the reception.
I must commend Job Haines’ extraordinary personnel. The health aides were unfailingly attentive. Food Services provided good food in a beautiful setting, Social Services provided support through an active support group, Recreation created ways to include her in activities and Housekeeping provided clean clothes and a sparkling facility. I know that I could not have borne the nightmare that is Alzheimer’s disease without the assistance of Job Haines Home. I need to thank everyone at Job Haines for the wonderful and warm home it provided for my mom for over ten years. She was treated with dignity and my siblings and I were comforted."
Sincere thanks,
Sharon B., Daughter |
